Job Responsibilities:

(Description): Role objective: Ø To stand as ADP Streamline single point of contact facing Client Headquarters during the Connectivity project implementation, Ø To realize the Gap analysis between the client ERP and the partner engine payroll Ø To manage internal or central resources working during implementation and be accountable as Streamline Program Manager, Ø To plan implementation in agreement with Client and considering business contingencies with in-country local payroll providers and local Client resources, Ø To monitor and track project milestones are being met by all Parties, and define remediation in case issues arise and work on action plan as main point of escalation on Client behalf, Ø To facilitate efficient connectivity implementation of ADP Streamline across Client organization and facilitate Change Management, Ø To ensure invoicing, A/R situation is closely monitored with Client HQ, monitor change controls delivered centrally by Streamline or ADP Streamline Partners, Ø To fine-tune the coordination protocol with Partners Managers in triggering, track progress and closing the local implementation projects and the service delivery either with ADP countries or with external Payroll providers. Ø To monitor and manage overall Client relationship and satisfaction at headquarters level during the implementation phase, Ø To ensure a proper transition from Implementation to Client Service with assigned Account Manager

II. Responsibilities: Ø Be the primary point of contact (POC) and point of escalation (POE) for Client’s Headquarters and act as a guide, facilitator and program manager throughout the implementation duration. Ø To provide reliable Starts declaration and forecasts: Accountable to plan and meet Starts volume, Ø To develop, produce and monitor a master implementation roll-out plan to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables by Client HQ, local in-country, ADP Streamline Partner and ADP Streamline central resources. Ø To communicate on a weekly basis with Client and feedback on project status, satisfaction surveys and KPI’s on service. Ø To communicate daily with ADP Streamline Partners to collect status as well as implement and monitor mitigation when and where necessary, Ø To setup the options for configuring the consolidated reports and exported data to be supplied to the new Client. Ø To survey each country after the “go live” payroll for feedback, evaluate the status of the payroll, check Client satisfaction and develop an action plan to resolve any residual issues. Ø To act from time to time as a sales support agent to advise on the fit of ADP Streamline solution to client needs at the selling process stage Ø To submit recommendations on how to improve the relationship with the client, related to implementation phase, with ADP Streamline partners.



Experience, Skills, Academic: III. Qualifications: 1. Experience/Skills: Ø Two years minimum experience in implementing or serving Payroll/HR related projects, Ø Proven experience in Project management, project coordination: o Ability to plan and Accountability to deliver, o Capacity to face tense client-facing situation, o Be proactive with a problem-solving spirit, Ø Perfect communication skills in Client facing context and multinational context: leverage diplomatic perception and communication in a very diverse multinational environment, Ø Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties, Ø International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment, Ø Efficient in at least English: Additional languages are pluses, 2. Education: Ø University degree or comparable education, Ø Payroll (and HR) related training are advantage, Ø Project management-type degree or education would be ideal.
