【Beijing】Oracle Business planning and Ops Director

Lead the team to provide insightful business support and control, major responsibility is as following:
Business planning:
- Annual budget plan: work with finance to set revenue, expense, HC budget and facility sales leaders to translate the plan into a executable one and cascade to the team
- Annual quota deployment: work out a reasonable and workable quota assignment and assign the quota based on guideline and timeline
- Territory/segmentation: facility sales leader access the segmentation and GTM model, work with all related party to make sure the territory and segment reflected in operating system correctly, and provide proper communication to sales.
- Provide all required market intelligence report or data to enable proper business planning and execution
- To be the focal contact for all required program, and lead the team to implement
Sales operation and support:
- Lead and facility forecast process and review (quarterly, monthly, weekly), the responsibility are including but not limited to: pipeline quality management; all kinds of forecast reporting, submission, analysis; organize, facility or lead forecast review meeting, monitor action plan, solve related issue or to be the focal contact and coordinate with other parties to solve issue
- Facility sales on discount approval, contract terms review, order entry process
- Sales credit allocation, sales compensation management
- Business product performance reporting, analysis
- Sales quota performance reporting, analysis
- All kinds of business management reporting: pipe coverage, order tracking, linearity, seasonality…
Business control:
- HC management
- T&E management
- Internal control policy define, communication, training and review
