1. Service Parts Planning operation.
2. Responsible for supporting customers’ warranty service parts requirements, forecast, purchase and manage spare part inventory in China and APJ.
3. Support New Products implementation.
4. Leading and coordinating the service parts supply issues. Work closely with internal function teams and suppliers
5. Cost analysis of the service parts purchase and inventory. Control purchase within the budget.
6. Analyze historical demand & marketing data, responsible for inventory level control.
7. Service parts lifecycle management
8. Works independently with less direct supervision.
9. Own process improvement.
10. Support service, quality or sales programs
11. Documents Record Retention
