KACE was acquired by Dell in February 2010 and is the manufacturer of the popular KBOX systems management appliances. The rapidly growing product line is now known as Dell KACE and is being sold primarily by the small, medium and public business units within Dell.

Scope of work
We are now looking for a Software Account Manager to join our team in Dell Software Group, based out of our office in Solna, Stockholm. This Software Account Manager role is responsible for selling the Dell/KACE specific line of products and services via telephone to channel customers through our network of Channel partners in the Nordics. He/she focuses on managing relationships with retention accounts while developing new relationships with acquisition customers and provide technical and administrative information and price quotes. The software account manager also provides updated marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company. He/she prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
The role spans the Nordics hence travel is estimated to 75% of the time.
Qualifications What are your qualifications?
· Extensive years previous sales experience, preferably outside sales experience and the ability to maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing
· Ability to sell Dell/KACE line of products and services by responding to inbound or placing outbound customer calls, determining needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions.
· Ability to establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users. Forecast attainment utilizing segment provided reporting tools.
· Experience in presenting and demonstrating products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site to increase exposure of products and services
· Requires an unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must
· Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement, verbal and in writing Preferences
· Should be able to multitask
