Title: Operations Senior Advisor – IH

Role Overview

This role supports a global team focused on Service parts and Logistics warranty support, logistics transportation, customer experience, innovation, network design and the financial performance of the operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a series of partner management and operational initiatives (tactical and strategic) within our network. In addition, the Governance management of all operational scorecards and metrics. He / She will ensure all relevant KPI performance and metrics are in line with goals and work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class service levels.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the Operational Transportation Activity for Replenishment and 4Hr support across Western EMEA and associated KPI’s.

• Drives Customer Experience initiatives and key KPI’s for the team with associated reporting.

• Implements and executes process change from a CE and cost perspective

• Accountable for stakeholder and partner management activities to drive KPI goals and objectives

• Drives cost management and business controls compliance

· Coordinates Quarterly business reviews with partners



· Rate negotiation with partners and works closely with Dell General Procurement



Role Requirements:

- Identifies process improvements (CE and Cost) for the team

- Proactive and good communicator

- Can work and manage agenda independently

- Works well in a team and can cross functionally engage in a busy environment

- Regular external vendor interaction for managing the customer delivery process.

- Identifies process gaps and makes recommendations for improvement.

- Data analysis, metric and cost coordination skills

- Strong analytical, Governance and problem solving skills

- Solid process knowledge

- Strong financial acumen

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate / Master’s degree and 0-2 year’s relevant experience
