LinkedIn requires enthusiastic and driven individuals to join its Sales Development team at LinkedIn EMEA Headquarters in Dublin. Candidates should have a passion for game-changing technology solutions, along with the ability to flourish within a fast-paced, international team environment.
Sales Development Specialists are responsible for the execution of the initial phase of the LinkedIn sales process, maximizing on opportunity identification and qualification with respect to LinkedIn Talent Solutions products and services.
Within the first 30 days you should have achieved the following:
- Working knowledge of all internal tools and programs
- Considered insights into the challenges and opportunities associated within your assigned markets
- Ability to comfortably initiate conversations and qualify prospective customer opportunities via outbound cold calling
Within the first 60 days you should have achieved the following:
- Detailed knowledge of all products and services within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business
- Strong working relationships with LinkedIn Account Executives operating within these markets
- Ability to plan and strategize towards achieving your monthly targets
Within the first 90 days you should have achieved the following:
- Extensive knowledge of all LinkedIn Talent Solutions products and processes
- Elevated sales and qualification skills
- Foresight to identify and act upon new or potential leads within your assigned markets
- Creativity to drive attendance for marketing campaigns and events within your day to day Sales Development activities
- Required level of competency to train and mentor new Sales Development team members
- Adoption of Sales Development research and developmental projects and assignments as necessary, in addition to your day to day activities

Skills, experience and characteristics required:
- 1+ years experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales at a SAAS company and/or Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
- Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
- Fluency in English is essential
