Robert Half is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst. The Senior Analyst will provide data for assigned surveys and analysis of survey data to ensure salary ranges are competitive. Market pricing of positions for assigned business groups. Will work closely with HR team for assigned business groups for all compensation related items. The Senior Analyst will perform quarterly analysis of compensation and other HR metrics and provides findings and trend analysis to HR team. Will provide counseling to management in assigned client groups related to compensation issues, proactively identifying issues related to internal equity, pay for performance issues, etc. The Senior Analyst will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and will provide mentoring and guidance to other analysts as needed.
