EMEA Operations Analyst

Join the international CFO organisation as the first EMEA Operations Analyst . This is a new role and the candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the role.



You will have the acumen to handle complex situations and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including balancing progress on long-term projects with the urgency of immediate operational demands.



You must also have the demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and act as a liaison between the LinkedIn leadership team and other constituencies, both internal and external.



While the EMEA Operations Analyst will not have direct reports he/she must possess the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.



Responsibilities:


  • Establish excellent working relationships with the LinkedIn Leadership team

  • Track and report priorities & objectives for the Senior Director International:


- Track open items and due dates

- Work with staff to determine status & help

ensure objectives are achieved

- Prepare quarterly reports on achievement vs plan (OKRs)

- Prepare agenda for staff meetings, capture minutes,

track & follow up action items and prepare regular reports


  • Ad-hoc analysis and decision support to further business goals

  • Create complex presentations – analyse data, determine how best to present the information, and create the slides with appropriate help from the design team

  • Coordinate and work with Senior Director International on presentations for LinkedIn and for external constituents; work cross-functionally and determine appropriate content, messaging and presentation

  • Design, organise and manage the bi-annual global CFO all hands meeting.

  • Create design and implement a communication plan

  • Manage in cooperation with HQ based teams the executive visits to the Dublin site. This includes content, agenda, team and diary.

  • This is an evolving role in an evolving company, the role can change and adapt as the person fulfils the role.

  • Able to collaborate with other teams in Dublin and across the globe.

  • A natural ability to adapt to change

  • Ability to use the Microsoft office suite specifically powerpoint

  • Ability to handle confidential information




Desired Skills & Experience:


  • BS or BA required

  • MBA highly preferred

  • Prior experience in a senior level project management role or in a chief of staff role for a senior executive

  • Experience in multiple functional areas within large multinational corporation
