We are seeking an individual with strong cross-functional HR experience, particularly in the areas of business process, technology and analytics. The successful candidate will play a critical role in diagnosing, designing, implementing and operationalizing bespoke solutions aimed at optimizing our HR infrastructure.



The successful candidate will:

Qualifications




  • B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area; MBA / M.S. a plus





  • 10 years HR / HRIS experience; 5+ years in a managerial role





  • 5+ years managing projects in a highly matrixed environment





  • Mixture of practitioner and consulting experience preferred





  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR technology, Business Process and Analytics





  • Working knowledge of project methodologies





  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes as well as intra and 
inter-departmental functions and interdependencies.





  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is 
necessary





  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
