Oracle is looking for a talented Recruitment Branding Specialist! The successful candidate will be joining our dynamic and international Recruitment team and will be in charge with improving Oracle’s Employer Brand across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We offer you the opportunity to hone your skills working alongside some of the most experienced, brightest minds in the industry.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on recruitment branding planning.


• Produce content for recruitment branding initiatives in countries from Europe, Middle East or Africa.


• Lead Social Media recruiting efforts for assigned markets.


• Educate other team members on the value and use of social media.


• Provide tactical recruitment branding and communications support for Oracle’s recruiting efforts.


• Support the team members on a variety of projects including events, university programs, videos, blogs and more.


• Write new blog articles for the Oracle Careers Blogs.


• Manage Oracle’s Social Media communities.


• Proactively plan and manage internal and external events.


• Support the Global Recruitment team with ad-hoc branding requests.
