Team lead that assist functional manager on operational matters such as
• Perform review of monthly journal booking in accordance with Corporate Policy
• Review assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliation in accordance with Corporate Policy and minimize all reconciling items with aging greater than 60 days
• Take lead in Trial Balance and CFR analysis and fluctuation commentary
• Highlight all problematic aging reconciliation items and update progress of resolving them
• Perform SOX and CSA as needed and ensure no repeat audit point
• Handle external and internal auditors schedule request and audit queries
• Take lead in process improvement and projects
• US and EMEA Opex and Payroll C&B integration
• Develop and manage Opex Dashboard Review
• Other adhoc support as and when is necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in related field
• Audit experience is a plus
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office especially Excel. MS Access is an added advantage
• Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated
• Able to work staggered hours when necessary
• Good communicator with all levels of management and staff
