Associate will be leading development team of 5-10 memebers and responsible for analysis, Design , coding and unit testing of powerbuilder applications In adiition to this, he/she will be resonsible for reviews, mentoring of team members and quality documentation. He/She would be involved in project planning, estimation and monitoring



Mandatory skills:



5-8 years of coding experience using Powerbuilder 6.5, 11.5 and exposure to C++

•Strong analytical skills and design capabilities

•Excellent written and oral communications skills.

•Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking ability.

-Knowledge of C, C++

•Knowledge of SQL server.

•Experience with Banking applications"

2-3 years experience of leading a team of 5-10 members



Desirable skills:



- Exposure to MQ and OMNI architecture

- Worked in onshore-offshore model

- Exposure to Bank of Ireland banking applications will be an added advantage"
