Learning and Development Manager

Provides the management and direction for brewery learning and development activities to deliver value to the brewery. Continually identifies and assesses the brewery’s people capability needs and develops strategies and plans to build that capability in alignment with MillerCoors Manufacturing Way. Works closely and effectively with the Manufacturing Developing Manager (MDM), HR Manager, and Communications Specialist to drive effective communication through change management principles. Drives the core leadership and technical curriculum. Supports specific Talent Management and development efforts. Optimizes the use of Systems (SkilBase, SAP, etc) to manage, track, and evaluate competency based learning activities. Manages training specialists and the brewery learning and development budget.
Acts as internal learning leader with the brewery leadership team to ensure learning and development needs are analyzed, and prioritized. Provides culture and change management expertise for the brewery in collaboration with the human resource manager, communication specialist and manufacturing development manager. Directs development and delivery of learning interventions.
Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of MillerCoors products.
