Manage China Consumer and Small Business (CSB) master database. Develop and lead China CSB CRM direct marketing strategy and execution efforts, including Direct Mail and Catalog marketing, Telemarketing, mobile marketing. As a member of the CSB CRM team, will be responsible for contact strategy planning and execution, segmentation & targeting, testing roadmap, vendor management, forecasting and measurement of results.



Key Responsibilities:



• Mange CSB customer/ prospects data with CRM database vendor; Supervise CSB database operation; Sure data quality and data integrity;



• Drive customer data acquisition cross customer touch points, especially for retail registration and eTailer registration.



• Manage CRM campaigns in order to optimize customer acquisition economics and house file value for SMB



• Manage the eDM vendor of eCRM activities: BAU eDM/ Trigger eDM/ Octane and prospects acquisition eDM.



• Work with internal teams and outside vendors to execute campaigns within the contact strategy roadmap



• Optimize marketing spend with effective circulation planning and ROI analytics



• Ability to work across cross functional teams in order to ensure full implementation and success of proposed CRM campaigns/contact strategy



• Complete measurement reporting and analysis on all executed campaigns and recalibrate the go forward strategy as needed



• Own the testing roadmap



Qualifications



Knowledge and Skills:



• Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Admin/Related Field; MBA preferred



• Database Marketing experience



• Experience in developing CRM strategy



• Experience with contact strategy development and campaign optimization



• Experience leveraging predictive analytics for targeting and segmentation of campaigns



• Prior experience with all marketing vehicles including DM, Catalog and e-mail



• Prior experience in direct B2B marketing preferred



• Experience in managing a P&L



• Knowledge of direct marketing campaign development process
