GENERAL SUMMARY:


Responsible for delivering technical solution on software & peripherals products to customer, address customer needs and following deal to win. Develop partnership with inside sales through coordination of sales, technical support on specific account. Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results.



Job description:



· Provide pre-sales technical support on software & peripherals products to inside sales team during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products to customers, address customer needs and following deal to win. (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail)



· Set effective sales plan to inside sales team on software & peripherals products and following, achieve sales target of Quarter.



· Improve software/peripherals/solution knowledge and selling skill, offer good customer experience.

Qualifications :


Job requirements:



· At least 3 years working experience of IT technology.



· Excellent analytical capability on customer IT needs.



· Familiar with IT structure and software/networking product.



· Ability of solution offering to customers.



· Good social and communication skills, team player. Good customer relation and experience.



· Able to work under big pressure.



· More than 2 years working experience of IT support is preferred.



· Good in Cantonese
