Marketing Automation Consultant - Chicago

Specifically, you will:
- Assume full ownership of the implementation and client success for the product offering for accounts you are assigned to lead
- Guide the customer through initial technical implementation, optimization and troubleshooting of site tagging, audience segmentation and data flows
- Help customers understand B2B prospect nurturing and display advertising best practices
- Guide the customer through the process of detailed campaign planning including segmentation concepts, determining offers and project managing the client through the creation of landing pages, creatives and setting up conversion tracking
- Help customers measure the success of their initial campaigns and drive clients to take actions based on metrics and your advice to improve performance
- Fully educate and prepare the customer to operate the platform successfully on their own at the end of the defined implementation process
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to ensure successful transitions out of implementation for long term client satisfaction
- Contribute to documentation of best practices and other supporting materials that enable the implementation and customer success process
- Provide product enhancement insights to Product Management based on client feedback
- Travel to client sites (about 25%)
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in the B2B tech space in a marketing or client activation role
- Marketing Automation and SaaS experience a huge plus
- Strong analytical talent and experience working with data and data analysis
- A ton of pride in the success of your clients
- Impressive communication and presentation skills ‐ some might even call you persuasive
- BA/BS or equivalent degree required, MBA is preferred
- Travel Requirements: 10 – 30% of time
