Manager Sales Cloud Enterprise Campaigns

Are you ready to move to the cloud? We are looking for true all-stars with a passion for enterprise marketing to help us build out our world class marketing organization. The Sales Cloud Demand Generation team is looking for a rock star marketer who's dynamic, creative, and has a track record for motivating sales with collaborative marketing programs. We are looking for an innovative thinker with great experience developing programs to attract new customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and nurture existing pipeline to deliver outstanding revenue results. And, of course, someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in!



Here's what you'd be doing:

  • Work with the industry's most respected sales team to develop collaborative programs that identify new buyers and cross-sell an industry leading solution in the enterprise business segment

  • Work with product marketing and product management to translate product goals and objectives into actionable integrated marketing plans that deliver results within large and medium enterprise accounts

  • Ensure world-class quality of any marketing materials that are produced, including web content, white papers, ROI studies, ads, graphics, collateral, webinars, and videos.

  • Work closely with the entire marketing team (creative, writers, online, events, PR, campaign analytics, etc) to ensure timely campaign execution.

  • Define integrated, effective programs - internally and externally - to meet new customer acquisition and revenue objectives

  • Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas, innovative campaigns to attract new customers to continue the amazing growth of the Salesforce business

  • Measure the performance of assigned campaigns using agreed-upon metrics and course-correct as campaign execution unfolds, formulating recommendations to improve results

  • Develop programs that are relevant at the right time and right place to mature existing pipeline to accelerate sales closure and transform the Salesforce relationship from CRM vendor to trusted advisor

  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

  • Manage communications to key stakeholders including Sales Cloud business unit leadership, sales leadership and marketing leadership




Experience/Skills Required or Desired

  • Bachelor degree from a 4 year college/university

  • MBA a plus (but we love smart people who really love to innovate and get things done)

  • 5+ years experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results

  • 5+ years marketing experience in a campaign manager capacity; specifically, designing, building and launching marketing campaigns and programs

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience, including inbound and outbound marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in a B2B environment

  • A successful track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and developing the measurement strategies to measure campaign success

  • Past experience using salesforce and/or other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.

  • High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives

  • Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing

  • Track record for delivering under tight deadlines

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success

  • Strong communication skills including story telling with PowerPoint, data crunching with Excel, use of salesforce , etc.
