The Salesforce.com Foundation is seeking an influential Senior Manager who will be the leading FP&A support for the organization. This is a key position - providing guidance on financial and operational matters focusing on our functional areas across the organization (Sales, Programs, Marketing, Technology, and Finance). This role will focus on proactively managing budgets, forecasts and consolidating financial information. The ideal candidate must feel a strong connection to the mission of the Foundation.



Responsibilities:

• Managing the Annual and Long-Term Strategic Financial Planning and Budget Process for the Foundation including Cash Flow Forecasting

• Work closely with the Functional leads to provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance plus ensure alignment of global as well as local operational initiatives

• Assist Director and CFO in analysis and presentation of strategic board materials and preparation of materials for key management meetings

• Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes that is widely understood by all key stakeholders

• Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management

• Build detailed financial, scenario based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives

• Assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• Successful experience in dealing with all levels of management including "C" level management

• Strong sales finance experience a plus

• Process oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to quickly grasp finance and operations practices and business drivers

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong management, collaboration and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt to change quickly and often

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
