The Key Accounts Program is a worldwide initiative aimed at driving long-term growth in Oracle’s most Strategic Accounts. The Global Client Advisor is a new role aimed at optimizing the client’s investment in Oracle products and services.
Brief Description:
The Global Client Advisor will oversee the collaborative process of working with key customers to realize the full value of their investment in Oracle’s products and services. The Global Client Advisor should grow their account relationship toward Trusted Advisor status, helping the client to map their strategic initiatives with Oracle’s product road map. They will embed themselves into the client’s strategic process and will work hand-in-hand with them to ensure their success in utilizing the broad spectrum of Oracle’s products and services.
Each Global Client Advisor will be responsible for one or two key accounts within an industry sector, this specific role is focused on the Insurance (Financial Services) industry and will be based in Zurich.
English and German language are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
The Global Client Advisor will have important outbound (client facing) and inbound roles as a member of the account team.
Outbound roles
- Help the customer create upgrade and consolidation roadmaps for Oracle products
- Guide customer in the creation of solutions using Oracle products
- Bring industry and cross-industry best practices to customer from the Oracle eco-system
- Communicate Oracle's industry and product vision to the customer
Inbound roles:
- Collaborate with Key Account Director and other members to create strategic account plan
- Provide the account team with insights about customer’s key issues and business priorities
- Act as a conduit between customer and Oracle Development to create a collaborative relationship
- Work with Support to ensure rapid resolution of critical product issues
