ADP has announced that Dealer Services will be spun off into its own stand-alone, publicly traded company by the end of the year. This position will play an important role in supporting the newly independent organization’s continued growth.



Responsible for North America real estate portfolio transaction management, and Business Unit coordination. Develops and implements process and procedures for North America real estate process. Transactions with lease/seller include buy, lease, consolidation, sale-leaseback, etc. Works with Business Units, Implementation, Legal, Finance, Treasury and Incentives Groups to determine appropriate course of action for all North America real estate decisions. Manages real estate brokerage firm relationships and ensures commission collection. Assists in strategic real estate planning function with Business Units and recommends real estate strategy. Includes regional consolidations, city master plans, and under-utilized space disposition to maximize space utilization and minimize costs.



Experience, Skills, Academic:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred


• REal Estated Sale License, Broker's License Preferred


• Over five years related experience


• Excellent Communication skills essential. proficiency in MS Work, Excel, Project, and Project Management Programs required.
