Sales Commission Analyst

Sacramento, California Area, US - Information Technology and Services

Ensure accurate analysis, reporting and auditing for the North America Sales Compensation organization to support business planning and organization objectives. Collect and calculate data for incentive compensation. Must work in the Rocklin Office.




Responsibilities:

• Design and administer incentive compensation audits

• Design and implement tools to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, consistency and compliance of incentive administration processes, policies and procedures

• Provide incentive compensation data, analysis, and reporting for business development activities and territory management

• Provide accurate review and reporting of Mega Transactions and publish to internal finance and sales organizations, as well as the office of the CEO

• Administer system responsibilities including data collection and calculations

• Administer and review payroll submissions

• Collaborate with North America Compensation Tactical teams to define business requirements and develop solutions

• Partner with Global Systems and Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) / IT teams regarding data collection and calculation performance and data integrity

• Partner with Sales, Order Administration, Revenue Recognition and Finance organizations to understand booking processes

• Ad hoc projects including but not limited to designing of business operations packages and completing data integrity reporting
