TS Senior Manager, Recruitment Product Consulting

As a Senior Manager of the Recruitment Product Consulting (RPC) team, you will be responsible for building the strategy and leading the team that drives engagement and adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions offerings via consulting and education services. In this role you will lead a team of Managers and RPCs located in various sales offices across the U.S. This role will require you to work closely with sales and marketing leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of managers and RPCs located at each of our sales offices within the U.S. This would include providing the team with thought leadership, coaching, conducting one on ones and performance appraisals. You will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring for the team.
- Drive strategy and market specific requirements related to adoption and education with sales, marketing and product leadership.
- Providing thought leadership around direct sourcing and social media recruiting. Build frameworks that can be shared with customers to help them in making the transition from traditional recruiting methods to new social media recruiting strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage both internal and customer projects, manage expectations, track progress, identify and drive issue resolution. Identify, understand and integrate the cross functional dependencies in a consolidated project plan.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
- Deep leadership and management experience, through growth, and change, for teams of high performers
- 10+ years experience managing distributed professional services and/or education services teams
- Experience with talent acquisition and/or human capital consulting and knowledge of Social Media Recruiting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
- Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment
- Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint a must
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, or related field (Masters preferred)
- About 25% travel
