Building strategic applications to meet clients' exact mobile need is what our Custom Application Development Group does. When a particular application is not available, the ADM group will design one and will focus on requirements assessment, collaborative architecture and design, and comprehensive testing and deployment. Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customer and other stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements

- Design, code, test and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications

- Understand customer requirement, develop and evaluate alternative integration solutions

- Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications

- Involved with resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment

- Participate in the investigation of system requirements and assist in preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of interfaces and documenting processes and procedures

- Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis and help in resolution and help in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure and help in application support and maintenance of customer applications.

- Coordinate with internal as well as external teams located both at onshore and offshore for deliveries and status



QualificationsRequirements

- Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or Graduate degree and some experience with IBM Websphere Message Broker and MQ (Message Queue)

- Must be able to implement technical solutions in Integration technologies

- Must have experience with requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of HL7 interfaces

- Experience with handling customer and other third party vendors effectively

- Must have problem solving ability to provide solutions to complex and new business problems

- Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions

- Must be Flexible and adaptable towards changing organizational needs



Preferences

- Good knowledge of Healthcare Provider domain and standards (i.e. CCD, DICOM, etc.)

- Working experience on Unix/AIX platform
