Role Overview:

Designs, Implements and Documents technical solutions as Technical Consultant by means of implementing systems or enterprise- wide solutions by using Microsoft technologies including Office 365 as well as Dell or a third-party’s hardware/software products and/or processes and methodologies.



Role Responsibilities:

- Projects design and delivery



- Integrates solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.

- Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization.

- Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system.

- Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.

- Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.



QualificationsRequirements:



-3+ years working with Microsoft Infrastructure and technologies including:

-Windows 2003/2008/2012 (32 &64 bit) + Active Directory

-Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1

-Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012

-Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013

-Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010/2013

-Office 365 administration and Migration skills



-Blackberry enterprise services and MDMs knowledge

-Knowledge of Change Management and Service Delivery Industry best practice (e.g.ITIL)

-Certifications preferred



-Excellent communication skills

-VMware ESX 3, 4 &5.x

-Web hosting with Windows technologies specifically Sharepoint 2003/2007, IIS6 &IIS7
