As a member of ADP's GlobalViewSM service team the SAP Consultant, will be responsible for our Czech speaking clients, for managing the issues resolution process within defined contractual standards. You get to develop the kind of technology and analytical skills than can help redefine what is possible in your career and our industry. Any kind of experience with customization of SAP HR Modules is welcomed.

You will be working in our modern office in a new business centre in Prague - Karlin.

Essential Functions:

* As an SAP Consultant you will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd level of support to customers in accordance with our methodology & standards. You will maintain and/or update master data according to customer request. Main area of Master Data responsibility would be: Organisation Management, Competence Management, Training Management, Appraisal System, Compensation Data, Personal Planning, etc.; while using CRM tool to monitor customer calls / ticket. You will work in a 'hands on' capacity in solution integration and implementation but also in business process optimization.



Experience, Skills, Academic: * Our requirement is that you have an experience in SAP HR module; or being a Czech Payroll SME - multiple modules: HR/PA/PY/ESS/MSS/OM/TM; or knowledge of Czech Payroll Legislation.

* You will pride yourself on your communication skills, with the ability to speak fluently in Czech and English languages.

* Analytical mind and committed to accuracy.

* Service and customer focused.

* Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.

* Flexible and open thinking individual.
