Job Description

Dell Services Federal Government is seeking a Business Systems Analysis Supervisor who leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures. Leads people who manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Specifically supports Knowledge Management and Configuration Management for DOD while supervising IT support. Supports multiple DOD classified networks.

- Must be 8570 compliant

- ITIL v3
- BEZ administration expirence

Education

-Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- SEC+ CE
- Active Secret security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS-SCI

Experience

Typically requires at least 6+ years relevant experience without Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 1+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree; 0 - 1 year managerial experience
