Security & Compliance Customer Success - Senior Analyst
San Francisco Bay Area, US - Computer Software, Information Technology and Services, Internet
In the role of Senior Analyst, Security & Compliance Customer Success, you will be responsible for working on various customer-facing activities ensuring customer understanding and accepting of our security controls and processes.

Responsibilities
· Host customer security and compliance audits
· Accompany customers on Data Center tours
· Provide management on RFP’s and customer questionnaires
· Maintain customer facing security and compliance documents and white papers
· Provide input to the Product Management organization with customer generated requests
· Provide security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations (CSG, SE, etc.)
· Drive process improvement via leveraging the SFDC platform
· Work independently as well as part of a team
· Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills Required
· BS Degree in Computer Science or a technology related field
· 3-5 years experience within a Global On-demand environment with a focus on security and compliance
· Software industry, knowledge of various security certifications (i.e. ISO 27K, PCI, etc.) highly desired
· Willingness and ability to travel to domestic and international locations
· Good organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and functions
· Strong analytical and research skills
