APAC Logistics & Warehousing Manager
Singapore, SG - Information Technology and Services, Information Services, Logistics and Supply Chain
Directly responsible for the Regional leadership and management of Oracle's Lead Logistics Supplier in providing Critical Logistics services to Oracle's field engineers and customers. This includes same day courier service, overnight delivery services, as well as the more traditional warehousing and transportation services throughout the Region. Provides agreed upon deliverables to Oracle's internal stakeholders and oversees day to day Lead Logistics Supplier operations and Oracle's system team performance. Develops and manages fiscal year spend budget, purchase orders, and ongoing financial forecasts and analysis. Ensures Import/Export, Finance Compliance, drive supplier operational performance and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
- Manages a team of direct reports within the region, equiring varying levels of management support, which collectively provide financial, import/export compliance, operational, and system support for the Region.
- Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to achieve expected deliverables and results.
- Lead the Region in ensuring alignment with the strategic long-term goals of the organization and the business unit.
- Establishes team plans and goals, prioritizing and aligning them with the organization’s strategic, tactical, and
operational plan. - Monitors personal and team performance. Makes improvements and adjustments to optimizeachievement of results
- Single point of contact for leading the Region and Oracle's Lead Logistics Supplier in achieving/exceeding Operational
and Key Performance Indicators. - Developing and cultivating a strong working relationship and a highly leveraged yet integrated Lead Logistics Supplier organization is essential.
- Manage the day-to-day and strategic relationship with key stakeholders and Lead Logistics Supplier. Prepare and
perform quarterly business reviews. Matrix organization , extended team member of Senior Director Logistics Account Management ( GSL) who own the relationship and Level of availability and SLA to our internal customer – the Global Support Group. - Meets regularly with Lead Logistics Supplier to review Key Performance and Operational Metric and develop corrective
action/continuous improvement plans as required.
