The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to hold a senior management role within our field Marketing and PR function. As the Senior Marketing & PR Manager, Asia , you will be responsible for the management and delivery of innovative and successful marketing, public relations and communications programmes for our professional recruitment brands across the region.
Your day-to-day activity will be focused primarily on contributing to and implementing the 2015/2016 global Marketing and PR strategy within the Asia region, with a focus on achieving results and meeting agreed targets. Your ability to motivate and lead a high performance team will be crucial, ensuring that the marketing function supports both business and marketing led KPIs.
Your qualifications:
• 10+ years in a marketing or communications role
• Degree in marketing, PR or communications
• Extensive experience in online marketing including: online advertising, search, content, mobile and social
• You will bring experience of PR strategy and planning, and proactive media relations and social media management to enhance our brand reputation, raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Proven ability to develop strategy and execute integrated programmes ranging from: online, advertising, events, partnerships/alliances, sponsorship, public relations and database marketing
• In-depth experience in sourcing and managing: online, media, creative, content and PR agencies
• Previous management experience, including responsibility for hiring and development of staff
• Previous budget and business planning responsibility - setting and maintaining quarterly and annual budgets and ensuring budgets are aligned with growth objectives
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Must be able to make successful business cases and influence key stake holders with ease
• Ability to successfully leverage corporate branding and strategy while refining locally for improved impact
• Ability to develop innovative programmes and implement programmes and campaigns designed specifically to support the local marketplace
