Implementation Specialist III
The Added Value Services (AVS) division is one of ADP’s fastest growing. Along with housing the payroll tax operations and compliance engine for all of ADP, AVS is the entrepreneurial test-ground for ADP, featuring those “beyond payroll” services that offer clients unique opportunities to stay in compliance and improve process efficiencies, while reducing taxes and other expenses.
The AVS Implementation organization, also known as SmartCompliance, is a multi-module based organization offering clients a variety of modules and services to minimize compliance risk and reduce operating expenses. We provide time-saving financial and compliance-related services to over 500,000 clients. Module offerings include Employment Tax, Electronic Payments, Wage Garnishment, Employment Verification, Unemployment Claims, Tax Credit & Incentives, Electronic Invoicing and HealthCompliance.
The primary focus of the Implementation Specialist II is to provide varying levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, and project planning to clients to ensure a successful implementation:
Configuration / Integration (Blue Print)
- Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
- Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data per functional review process.
Project Planning
- Generates and mai ntains key project documents; dashboards, status reports, issue and resolution logs and change control documents.
- Utilizes these documents to communicate project status to the client and ADP's sales and management teams.
- Effectively executes project control and determines appropirate issues resolution/alternative.
- Maintains current client profile data and escalates project issues to client and ADP executives as necessary.
- Effectively communicate with all business partners ensuring appropriate and timely updates to any potentially impacted group or individual.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
5 + years preferred experience in healthcare or benefit industry, as Payroll practitioner and/or with system implementations / service experience.
Demonstrates and applies ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
