ADP is hiring a Mail Inserter Operator II. In this position you will operate several types of equipment to automate the mailing assembly process, run ink-jetting, posting, or pre-sorting machine equipment as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform manual assembly on projects when necessary.
• Operate Bell & Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment to capacity.
• Complete and turn in project assembly sheet daily.
• Perform manual assembly on projects when necessary.
• Operate and perform light maintenance and cleaning on assigned equipment.
• Communicate through team supervisor, with user areas of any delays or problems with their projects.
• Uses knowledge and experience to train other operators on processes and equipment uses.
• Possesses knowledge of and remain current with USPS mailing requirements and regulations.
• Ability to use USPS tools to ensure that jobs meet USPS mailing requirements.
• Coordinate staff needs with supervisor.
• Serve as back up on inserters, ink-jetting, presorter, and posting equipment.
• Sort and return destroyed materials daily.
• Keep accurate postage logs.
• Maintain daily production records for team leader.
• Responsible for maintaining clean work area daily.
• Keep daily projects completed and up to date.
• Coordinate and prioritize with team leader daily to ensure deadlines are met.
• Any other duties as requested by the Department Manager
  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• 1-3 Year of Directly Related Experience
