Sales Support Representative - Oracle Direct

Responsibilities
• Provide first line Business Practice support
• Act as knowledge expert in all quote to fulfillment processes
• Act as OD point of contact for EMEA Quote to Order DPOs
• Support acquisition integration in OD
• Support new application roll outs, organize appropriate training & ensure sales rep attendance.
• Act as POC for queries.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other functions in the Sales Processes (Operations, Contracts, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Admin, Shipping, etc)
• Monitor and track the progress of deals
• Escalate critical deals as required (through various back office functions and processes)
• Monitor Data Quality within CRM system and Quoting Tools.
• Meet sales support KPI’s and targets
• Communicate activity metrics to sales management
• Undertake other reporting & projects as required.
• Support team members in provision of highest quality sales support. Integrate with sales team and sales management to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges
