Key responsibilities

Our EMEA team is located across 19 countries, covers recruitment in 13 languages and employs over 70 recruiters supporting all lines of business, with their hiring requirements. Working with a full suite of recruitment tools, branding and engagement on social media, your role will be to gain access to the top talent in your local market and hire the best candidates for the business. This will involve:

· Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
· Championing our brand and promoting Dell as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities
Qualifications

Essential requirements

· Experience in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter for a large corporation
· Fluency in French plus business English

Desirable requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
· Previous experience working in an international or global environment
