Job Summary:
The Employee Success Trainee position is an integral role within the EMEA ES team. The individual partners closely with ES, Recruitment, Payroll and IT to ensure accurate and Sarbanes Oxley Act compliant transactions are maintained throughout an employee lifecycle. Provide proactive
administrative support to the ES team. The Employee Success Trainee will be a first point of contact for employee queries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and facilitating “Day One” new hire inductions;
- Ensuring registrations for “Becoming Salesforce” and “Bootcamp” orientation sessions are complete;
- Additional point of contact for candidates, Recruitment, IT and hiring managers;
- Ensuring employees have the appropriate right to work and maintaining all appropriate immigration documentation;
- Responding to employee queries using our HR Service Centre tool #dreamjob central;
- Processing new hire paperwork and entering into our HR Information System (HRIS);
- Compiling employee letters for employment contract changes and references;
- Tracking probation end dates;
- Providing ES reports;
- Project work with members of the ES team to help achieve the department’s annual objectives;
- Supporting internal audits;
- Review and maintain the manual and electronic filing systems.
Required Skills:
• Recently graduated;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Detail orientated and has the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks;
- Very strong organisational skills;
- Self motivated and result orientated team player;
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
- Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment where responsibilities may evolve and increase over time;
- Fluency in French or German
- Intention to pursue a career in HR.
Location:
The role is based in Staines however the ability to travel to the London office to carry out role responsibilities whenever required is essential.
