We are hiring a LatAm high performance sales team, located in Brazil. We look for professionals that live in Sao Paulo and are native Spanish speaking.
Job description:
Approach target companies and their recruitment teams to sell the corporate solutions for recruitment. Will identify the best technology solution for the client with the focus in his best interest.
Responsabilities:
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
- Close new business consistenly at or above quota level.
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with Product and Marketing team.
- Think like an owner and have impact outside of the core sales function.
- Bring an exceptional client experience.
- Large experience on selling IT solutions and/or recruiting solutions.
- Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
- Strong negotiating skill
- Accurate forecasting
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Company management team using competitive selling position company products against direct and indirect competitors.
- Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
