As a Customer Education Specialist I drive to inspire, train and challenge my customers in building relationships with their target Talent Pools and to become a true brand ambassador through the use of LinkedIn”

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the immediate account team and other internal LinkedIn teams to provide post-sales education and support for LinkedIn’s Enterprise customers.
  • Become a thought leader within the Recruitment space offering insight and perspective into industry and market trends.
  • Deliver informational and hands-on training sessions on LinkedIn products, industry benchmarking and best practices.
  • Working closely with the Product Consulting team, CES highlight low usage and engagement, recommend areas for development, set training goals and objectives which form part of the overall customer success plan.
  • Development, execution and tracking of customized learning plans for customers wishing to sit the LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter exam.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our LinkedIn solutions and be able to relate relevant features/functionality back to specific customer business needs.
  • Work closely with the greater teams within the Customer Success Organization to drive not only our clients to the next level success, but internal partners as well.
  • Partner with Marketing, Media Solution and Product teams to co-host and facilitate webcasts and new product release updates.
  • Create advocacy amongst your customer base.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a training or thought leadership capacity within the Talent Acquisition or Social space. Experience with virtual webinar technology considered an advantage.
  • Confident in a public speaking capacity. Experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker.
  • Able to successfully gain an understanding of core customer needs and tailor training to those needs. Experience in a consultative capacity is a must.
  • Data-driven mind-set. Strong ability to derive insight from customer utilization data.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish (both business fluent) and technical aptitude.
