This person will lead a highly energetic team of database experts, analysts, BI and Analytics vendors. The person will be responsible for understanding sales and marketing partner concerns, driving the right alignment, building the right analytics and data report frameworks and deliver strong ROI based results.



As part of this role, this individual will be working very closely with Sales Team (DSG and CSES), Operations team, Product teams. The ideal candidate should have strong proven people management skills, analytics and database background. Proven track record of driving business results through data would be a huge plus.



Requirements

  • Ability to probe for business pain-points and identify new sales opportunities

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations to find and influence key decision makers

  • Drive automation and achieve results and exceed expectations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Candidate must be able to work effectively, independently and with existing sales, marketing and operation teams.

  • Understanding of Dell Data warehouse would be a great plus

  • Candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong written and oral communications skills, exemplary presentation skills, and good time management skills.

  • 7-10 years of analytics/database/BI experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in people management.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, other Degree + experience considered

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Initiative / ingenuity / confidence

  • Proactive in problem identification and solving
