Brief Description



Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.



Detailed Description



As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.



Job Requirements



Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A of 1 year of software engineering or related experience.



Job Description



The QA engineers will work on ensuring the quality of products and patches that are developed for the LTFS-LE(http://ift.tt/1uWoZ3V) product. Y ou will assist in designing automation core modules and developing automation test cases to verify the products and systems are working as designed. You will need to be able to make independent judgments ; display quick understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Candidate with 3 years of software engineering or related experience is preferred.



Roles and Responsibility

• Responsible to maintain a robust and high standard of software quality of products or patches released by the team


• Review requirements, develop and maintain test specifications for existing and new features


• Work with the engineering and product management team to understand features and develop testing specification.


• Maintain and improve the usage of automation testing for functional test


• Ensures that there are no regression issues or bugs


• Implement automation test cases in Java + Selenium


• Design automation core modules to generate comprehensive reports and analyze reports to make further testing enhancements


• Carries out performance testing effort at the database,mid-tier and UI level, tackling


• Maintain the QA team testing environment


• Deploy, configure, administer and trouble shoot for the engineered systems


• Execute test suites, analyze the log files and identify defect of the products in different components - filing and tracking defects as encountered


• Collaborate with offshore team and internal development team to resolve the problem encountered
