About the opportunity.
LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions sells comprehensive solutions to the world’s most innovative and forward-thinking corporations and their recruitment teams. As an Account Executive within the SMB (small to medium business) team, you will be the CEO of your own part of the business, educating SMB’s on the power of LinkedIn and the benefits of utilising Talent Solutions to find their next employee. Through building trusted relationships, you will coach executives on how to utilise the solutions to pipeline, attract and select the very best talent for their business.
What will a typical day look like?
- Driving new business revenue and prospecting relentlessly to build pipeline from within your territory patch
- Crafting and executing a strategic territory plan in order to meet/exceed your revenue targets
- Partnering closely with the sales development team to drive additional opportunities on top of those sourced by yourself
- Collaborating across LinkedIn Marketing and global sales teams to share best in class practices
- Leveraging LinkedIn’s innovative sales tools to inform and influence the decision making process of each sale.
What key skills and experience will you possess?
- Demonstrated ability to successfully source, manage, and close high volume sales transactions primarily over the phone and face to face in an evangelistic sales environment
- Recruitment or media & recruiting experience highly desired. A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Experience with SaaS & Salesforce platform a plus
- Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
- Proven track record of driving results in a high growth environment
