Credit Control Analyst(Contract)

Credit Control Analyst (6 month fixed term contract)



The successful candidate's primary objective will be to deliver a world class Accounts Receivable service to both internal and external customers, as well as help maximize the department's productivity and efficiency.



You will help identify opportunities for improved process efficiency to enable us to keep pace with our hyper-growth.

You will become an ambassador of LinkedIn, and in particular of the Finance team, promoting the company's culture and values across the organization.



Responsibilities:



* Work closely with regional and HQ Sales teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency



* Ensure adherence to our Credit Policy



* Minimise overdue debtor balances and bad debt via customer engagement; collection calls, emails etc.



* Author and monitor credit risk assessments



* Resolve and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner



* Create and maintain customer data



* Accurately apply and allocate customer cash receipts within strict SLA's



* Participate in various special projects and other duties as required



Experience & Skills Required:



* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable is required



* Intermediate MS Excel skills



* Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills a must



* Demonstrated attention to detail in a transaction-driven environment and ability to multi-task to manage priorities



* Good interpersonal communication skills as the position requires effective interaction with various parties on a daily basis



* High degree of dedication and initiative to enhance knowledge and skills



* Ability to work independently within tight deadlines



* Experience with system such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft is an advantage



* IICM membership/certification preferred



* English fluency required with additional EMEA region language, particularly Arabic; French or German a bonus
