As part of the Software Sales Team you will be responsible for gathering customer information through various outbound Demand Generation campaigns across the Russian (CIS) markets, along with researching and understanding customer companies’ structure, business lines, needs and business issues with the aim of creating business opportunities and generating revenue.


What you will do as Business Development Specialist:


The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the first step in the sales cycle and kick starts shorter and stronger sales cycle by:



  • Contribute to revenue pipeline building by follow up of inbound calls and execution of outbound sales/marketing campaigns over the telephone

  • Develop new business by following demand generation and marketing activities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned industries and accounts

  • Identify prospective customer needs and develop solutions to satisfy the requirements

  • Develop knowledge and awareness of new products

  • Meet agreed targets for inbound and outbound telephone customer contact as well as lead qualification

  • Proactively give qualitative feedback on the progress of targeted marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrate the use of cross-selling and up-selling techniques
