Job Description
Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support services to a Submarine Program. In this position, you will assist senior level engineers and project managers in the acquisition, development, certification, maintenance, and repair of deep submergence systems. In this position, the responsibilities of the selected candidate will include becoming intimately familiar with deep submergence systems, their specifications and requirements for construction, certification, audit card resolution, working group support, systems analysis, and maintenance. You will be charged to support various client activities in their daily duties and in the carrying out of the client's mission, including but not limited to technical engineering, budget reviews, tasking prioritization, and schedule performance evaluation.

Required Skills
Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- 1-2 years experience with Deep Submergence Programs
- 1-2 years experience with Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE), and knowledge of certifications
- 2+ years experience Microsoft office Suite
Desired Skills
Education
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience
Typically requires at least 8 years relevant experience without a Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
