Associate Account Manager Performance Profile
Primary Objective: Provide leverage for Account Management team by creating opportunities for revenue and growth through pre-sale and post-sale activities
- Provide audience insights: become an expert in available third party data sources and help sales teams leverage this in their selling efforts
- Manage Campaign Success: Compile and analyze campaign reports to use in optimizing and renewing campaigns
- Create opportunities for retention or incremental growth: Use reporting insights to identify opportunities to upsell campaigns
- Create team efficiency: Build consultative and supportive working relationship with internal stakeholders (Campaign Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Insights). Master process execution and constantly optimize individual and team time resources.
- Know what’s possible: Learn the most common components of LinkedIn Products (Follower, Groups, Company Pages, Pulse, Sponsored InMails, Content/Video Units, standard banners, Sponsored Updates). Become intimately familiar with how and why they are sold and how they are measured
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree required
• 1-3 years professional experience
• Passion for digital and social media
• Analytical and organized
• Possess extreme attention to detail
• Able to multi-task numerous complicated projects at once
• Strong communication skills
