Job Responsibilities:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis, located at our contemporary office in Mascot.



In this pivotal role, your primary objective will be to manage and maintain strong relationships with ADP Clients by driving initiatives, projects and programs in order to achieve year to year growth focussing on Retention, Referenceability and Revenue.



Key responsibilities include:



· Implement and execute a strong retention strategy for new and existing clients to achieve set retention targets



· Advise clients of any product developments, enhancements or legislative changes



· Proactively respond to and directly liaise with all internal stakeholders to resolve any significant client escalated issues, ensuring ADP and client needs are achieved



· Build and maintain a strong and productive network of existing client relationships whilst ensuring on quality and profitability



· Protect recurrent revenue by regularly reviewing all contracts to ensure profitability and quality, demonstrating a core understanding of each client’s business requirements



· Identify opportunities internally to deliver superior solutions to clients, whilst proactively cross-selling the ADP’s products and services



· Develop new networks and leverage existing relationships to generate further leads and new clients



· Achieve Relationship Manager new leads targets and year on year revenue growth for clients within portfolio



· Establish and manage the relationship between ADP and the client, applying and adhering to the ADP Client Management Plans and Guidelines



· Ensure that client portfolio is maintained and contains a diverse range of referable clients



Experience, Skills, Academic:

To be considered, appts must demonstrate the following:



Our ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified within a Business or Marketing related discipline and have demonstrated success in a similar role within a global matrix organisation. You key strengths will be your creative and strategic approach to networking and relationship building as well as your ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.



· Demonstrated track record of successful relationship management and strong client retention with a range of small business to large corporates



· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills



· Sound business acumen experience and demonstrated focus on creating quality results and profitability for clients and ADP concurrently.



· In-depth analytical, reporting and strong metric experience
