The LinkedIn Global Customer Success team is a dynamic, global team within the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business unit. We are a team of strategic business advisors and marketing experts that help our clients understand and use LinkedIn’s products to help achieve their branding, nurturing and customer acquisition goals.
As a Subscription Product Consultant, you will be a key player on an incredible team as we build our industry-leading multi-channel nurturing platform. You will act as a “Sales Specialist” on LinkedIn’s latest key product(s). In this role, you will be a key driver in our ability to sell and scale the “hero” product in our portfolio. The right candidate will be responsible for evangelizing the LinkedIn Lead Accelerator product and ensuring the success of many of the top business marketers in the world!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional & vertical sales leadership to identify client-specific, go-to-market strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Serve as “internal evangelist” and “product expert” on the LinkedIn Leads Accelerator solution.
- Develop a strategic plan to optimize LinkedIn Lead Accelerator pipeline creation including account prioritization and growth throughout the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Sales organization.
- In partnership with LinkedIn Account Executives, you will have the opportunity to collaboratively present and develop proposals to support the LinkedIn Leads Accelerator client sales opportunities.”
- Train and educate the Account Executives on LinkedIn Lead Accelerator product combined with key sales tactics.
- Define, communicate, and pitch best practices internally to LMS sales team and externally to clients and partners.
- Deliver client feedback to Linkedin product development on required enhancements and evolution for LinkedIn Lead Accelerator product.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6-8 years overall experience with at least 2-3 years of SaaS sales or sales consultant/engineer experience
- Marketing Automation, Marketing Services and B2B Marketing
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets/quotas and sees success as helping others achieve success
- Experience managing a pipeline
- Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and listening skills
- Experience drafting sophisticated proposals
- Highly analytical: Ability to work with technical resources and to translate technical information for presentation to clients.
- BA/BS or equivalent degree is required;
- Travel Requirements: Sustained spurts of travel up to 25-30 percent of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally has Pre-Sales DNA and has been a “Product Consultant” or a “Sales Specialist” or a “Solutions Consultant” with in-depth knowledge of: Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, SaaS products, Product Marketing, and Lead Generation, at relevant tier-one organization
- Ability and proof of leadership, coaching, helping others succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively at the highest executive levels within client organizations.
- Highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness.
- Creative problem solver, analytical and innovative thinker
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit; Acts like an owner
- Quick study – able to pick up and apply new concepts in a hurry
- Adept at dealing with ambiguity and high-pace, evolving growth environment
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, and a zeal to win
- Highest standard of integrity, transparency and honest
- Strong self-confidence, tempered by humility and profound team-player mentality
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ); Understands cultural sensitivities and how to develop high-quality relationships
