We are looking for an Internal Communications Associate (contractor) to lead communications initiatives that will drive awareness of LinkedIn’s growth, success and value proposition to LinkedIn employees. You will be responsible for working with key business leaders and direct managers to create and execute comprehensive, measurable campaigns that support our business objectives. You will be involved in all stages of communications initiatives—from concept formulation and message development to execution and results-oriented evaluation.





Responsibilities:




  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and colleagues at all levels; advising in communication approaches to deliver key messages to LinkedIn employees in India



  • Develop, execute, and measure strategic internal communication plans that align employees with business objectives and reinforce LinkedIn’s unique company culture, mission and values



  • Create and edit a wide array of internal communications for various voices and audiences in diverse job functions via multiple channels



  • Lead and proactively identify India based internal communication opportunities, making recommendations and developing programs, linking back to global strategies



  • Partner with regional clients to effectively communicate employee events such as all hands meetings and inDays







    Basic Qualifications




    • BA/BS Degree



    • 2+ years of experience in corporate communication



    • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills and PPT skills



    • Strong understanding of internal communications planning and implementation process



    • Must have fantastic organisational and prioritisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once



    • Possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality



    • Must be able to work independently



    • Building and maintaining relationships is critical to this position







      Preferred Qualifications




      • Experience developing and executing measurable internal communication strategies that include traditional and social media



      • Well-developed project management and decision-making skills; able to execute high-quality programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency



      • Must be motivated, creative, proactive, flexible, fast learner, and have a great sense of humor



      • Experience working in a global company



      • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
