We are looking for an Account Analyst to drive business for our Relationship Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with client intelligence activities, updating relationship management account plans, analyzing industry trends and assisting with targeted marketing and

outreach campaigns to optimize relationship management activities. Overall, you will focus on client satisfaction, ROI and sales.



Responsibilities:



● Analyze sales performance metrics, identify key trends and deliver recommendations

● Perform project management responsibilities in support of relationship management special projects and activities

● Create customer case studies demonstrating the impact of LinkedIn

● Track and solve problems by leveraging resources and cross-functional teams

● Build a trusted relationship with the leadership team and relationship managers to add value to the sales process

● Identify and impact accounts with either the most up-sell potential or risk of churn

● Demonstrate positive team behavior by inspiring and supporting the team and internal partners

● Create leverage through innovation of new and existing processes while knowledge sharing with relationship managers, peers and other analysts

● Manage non-revenue generating activities supporting relationship managers to enable them to focus on core sales activities

● Assist with special projects and analysis

● Impact account performance in terms of add-ons and renewal dollars for specific deals

● Receive feedback from leadership, relationship managers, managers and cross-functional partners



Basic Qualifications:



● BA/BS degree in a related field

● 1+ years of applicable experience



Preferred Qualifications:



● Experience with recruiting

● Experience working collaboratively with teams to accomplish goals

● Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

● Knowledge of the Internet and social media

● Excellent communication, organizational, project management and time management skills

● Ability to quickly perform high-quality analysis and create presentations

● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
