Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



As an Account Manager, you'll manage relationships with Google's clients, which means you are proactive, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and sales-focused to help expand the client relationship. Additionally, you're an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google. Above all, you are responsible for meeting your goals.



Responsibilities


  • Manage client relationships.

  • Manage operations within the sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals.

  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to clients.

  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns for clients, with a focus on Search Engine Management (SEM) and AdWords.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • AdWords certified with experience in Search Marketing.

  • Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients.

  • Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.

  • Advanced level of proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools.

  • Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
